Prices
Dogs
Dogs are priced at €20 per day.
Price includes all food, heating, bedding and exercise.
Cats
All cats are charged at €12 per day
Price includes all food, heating and bedding
Heating is on 24 hours a day from 1st October – 31st March. We are happy to provide additional heating in the chalets for housecats and older cats during these colder months
A 10% discount is applied if 2 or more cats or 2 or more dogs from the same family are sharing a chalet or kennel.
Charges are from the date of check-in to the date of check out inclusive and is a daily rate.
In the event your pet requires veterinary treatment, we charge 40 euros per hour for veterinary attendance and €1 per km for travel. Veterinary fees will be in addition to this.
Out of hours charge.
If you wish to collect or drop off your pet outside our normal times there will be a €10 charge for each time. This also applies for late arrivals and collections.

When making a reservation 50% payment is required at the time of booking. Once this has been received your booking is guaranteed. The final 50% is due on collection of your pet. If there are any extra charges due they will be payable at this time.
Check in and Check out
You will be asked to confirm what time you will be checking in and out on booking. The times for check in and check out are
Monday – Friday 10:30am OR 4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 10:30am ONLY
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Bastille Day and Christmas Day.
We are very strict about these times for the welfare of our guests and we respectfully request that you are prompt.
The premises are secure and locked outside of these times.
If your arrival here is to be delayed please contact us using the mobile number available so that we can ensure your pet is cared for within his or her usual routine.
All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
We ask that any toys, bedding, food etc you would like us to have for your pets stay are supplied in a closed carrier or plastic bag for ease of handling.
We will only accept pets at 10.30 am or 4.30 pm during weekdays. On Saturday and Sunday we only accept pets at 10.30 am.
